Prof. Cary L.Cooper
Adviser to the IJPSR
Cary L. Cooper is Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health. He is the author/editor of over 120 books (on occupational stress, women at work and industrial and organizational psychology), and over 100 chapters in books. He has written over 400 scholarly articles for academic journals, and is a frequent contributor to national newspapers, TV and radio. He is currently Founding Editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Editor-in-Chief of the medical journal Stress & Health. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, The Royal Society of Arts, The Royal Society of Medicine, The Royal Society of Public Health, The British Academy of Management and an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences. Professor Cooper is past President of the British Academy of Management, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and one of the first UK based Fellows of the (American) Academy of Management (having also won the 1998 Distinguished Service Award for his contribution to management science from the Academy of Management). Professor Cooper is also the President of the Institute of Welfare, President of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, President of RELATE, a national Ambassador of The Samaritans, and a Patron of the Anxiety UK. HR Magazine named him the 4th Most Influential Thinker in HR in 2012.
Prof. Chandraiah Kotta

Dr. K. Chandraiah is currently working as Professor in the Department of Psychology, S. V. University, Tirupati, AP. He has completed his post graduation in Psychology (1985), M.Phil (1987) and Ph.D (1994). Dr. Chandraiah worked as Assistant Research Officer (psychologist) at All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Calcutta from 1989-2004(Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India). He served as sub-regional Employment officer (Minister of Employment and Training, Govt. of India, 1998-2001). He served as Reader in Psychology, Department of Psychology, at the University of Allahabad, Allahabad. He is a recipient of W.H.O. Fellowship at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, Manchester ,UK (2000). He has published 5 books and 38 articles/research papers in both national and international repute. He participated in Advance and Research and Training Seminar Programme at Athens, Greece in the year 2006 and at Berlin, Germany in 2008. He also presented research papers in National and International Seminars and conferences. He has published articles and papers in national and international journals. His research interests are Occupational Stress, Mental Health, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Change and Development and Cognitive psychology.

Prof. G.Babu Rao joined as Asst. Professor in 1983 in the department of Psychology, elevated as Associated professor in the year 1996 and as Professor in 2004. He has Published research papers /articles and authored about 3 books. he has organized national and international seminars/conferences. He served in the University in several capacities as Deputy warden, Warden, head of the department(2006-2008) and Chairman BOS from 2008-2010.

Srikanth Reddy joined as Lecturer in the department of psychology on 3-09- 1992, become Associate professor on 3-09-2001and Professor on 4-07-2006.he has teaching experience of 28 years, he has guided 15 Ph.D scholars, He also served the department as head.currently he is the Chairman, Board of studies, coordinator for UGC DRS phase ii,and Vice principal of SVU college of sciences. He has published widely in national and international journals.visited UK in connection with a collaborative project with Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh in the year 2020.
