SOCIAL STRUCTURE -CASTE SYSTEM IN KURNOOL DISTRICT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON SOCIETY DURING 1600 A.D TO 1900 A.D

ABSTRACT
The Kurnool Metropolis was recognized under the Madras Town's Enhancement Act of 1865 and it began operation from A.D. 1866. In 18th Century Kurnool was fashioned by the Jagir of Semi Sovereign Pathan - Nawab whose offspring was victed by the British Government for disloyalty in 1838. The Nawabs moulded ground, which became a District of Madras presidency with Kurnool as its capital after Independence in 1947, Kurnool developed part of the state of Madras. Britishers expectional the constituencies Bellary, Anantapur, Kadapa and Kurnool. Kurnool is the submit Jewel of Rayalaseema. In the province of democratic politics, caste assumed an active role as the basis of party-political grouping and the deployment of voting support in the state. As globalization and industrialization take hold, worsening air quality is a big worry. Protecting the environment from pollution isn't a new idea; it's been crucial for societies forever. Courts, a vital part of our country, play a key role in ensuring environmental justice for those affected by air pollution. They set the rules and hold polluters accountable. This article explores how Indian courts have interpreted laws to control and reduce air pollution, promoting environmental justice in India.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT ON WOMEN AT WORKPLACE IN INDIA

ABSTRACT
The nation's pioneers are women. The most prevalent type of workplace harassment experienced by women is sexual harassment. This article discusses workplace sexual harassment of women and the laws and regulations put in place to shield female employees from such behavior. The Honorable Supreme Court established specific guidelines on sexual harassment for the prevention and protection of women at work in Visakha and others v. State of Rajasthan, 1997. Fearing that their employers may fire them, the majority of female employees are unable to speak out against sexual harassment. It is vital to augment the cognizance of employers and employees regarding the legal framework pertaining to the prevention and resolution of sexual harassment. The workplace should ultimately be a safe and healthy place to be. When an employer receives a complaint about sexual harassment, they are required to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and should not be subjected to coercion.
