LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF WOMEN'S RIGHT TO HEALTH IN INDIA

ABSTRACT
The interpretation of rights that apply to women's life can assist establish whether a right obligates the state to act or just supply services, and whether the right is too complex to encompass both positive and negative elements. Health was defined by the World Health Organization in 1946 as "a condition of complete physiological, intellectual and socio well - being rather than just the absence of pollution or illness. Women's health is a broad topic that encompasses not only physical and mental well- being, but also societal roots. The 1945 adoption of the United Nations Charter may have also brought in a whole new technology for girl's health rights. This work is basically a return to the long-standing discussions on women privileges, the attention being explicitly on women entitlement to health. NGO's and women activists play a critical role as political activists in promoting gender equality and motivating women. In this article discussed the judicial approach on women's Right to Health.
